We have programs and reading materials for children of all ages! Come select a book to take home, make a craft, or enjoy a little cozy time at the library. The library maintains a wide collection of books including board books for the youngest through graphic novels and books for advanced readers. Check out our calendar for weekly story times, project times, and exciting new programs.
Tuesday Story Time
Join us at the library where we’ll read books and play together! Each week we’ll explore different themes of books. Recommended for age 0-5, but all are welcome. Books read during story time count toward 1000 Books Before Kindergarten.
Saturday Story Time
EVERY Saturday we will explore a different theme through reading and activities. We’ll read, make crafts, create experiments and play games. Saturday Storytime books and activities are designed with preschool and early elementary ages in mind, but all are welcome. Join us each week for something new and fun!
3:30 – 4:30 pm
Join us for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) and craft activities each Thursday! Something different every week.
Monthly STEAM Thursday themes:
November: Build It!
Let’s build together! We’ll build with Legos® and other materials, creating new worlds to share.
December: Gift Giving
We’ll create gift tags, bookmarks, garlands and handmade cards to give to others.
January: Mini Books
Create your own tiny books for your cartoon, novel or drawings. Each week will feature a different simple design that you can personalize using your own creativity.
February: Retro Crafts
Bringing them all back – Pet rocks, Shrinky Dinks, friendship bracelets and more!
