SUMMER READING PROGRAM
Thanks to a grant from the Vermont Department of Libraries and our other Summer Reading sponsors, we are able to offer a range of children’s programming at the library during the summertime. We also have Summer Reading challenges to promote reading and literacy over the summer months with prizes for those completing the challenge.
Join us at the library every Tuesday morning at 10:00 am in our children’s area for stories, songs, and crafts. Story Hour is a great place for children to gain literacy and social skills and for parents to connect with other area parents.

OUR LATEST GREAT READ!
March 7, 2017
In this gorgeous companion to the acclaimed Over and Under the Snow and Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt, Kate Messner and Christopher Silas Neal bring to life a secret underwater world. In this book, readers will discover the plants and animals that make up the rich, interconnected ecosystem of a mountain pond. Over the pond, the water is a mirror, reflecting the sky. But under the pond is a hidden world of minnows darting, beavers diving, tadpoles growing. These and many other secrets are waiting to be discovered...over and under the pond.
